Neonatal charity Bliss says there is still a shortage of nurses across Wales
A Welsh assembly inquiry into neonatal hospital services has been told about the need for improvements in the care of premature and sick babies in Wales.
Around 4,000 babies are admitted to neonatal services in Wales a year.
