You don't need to join a gym to be active. In fact, you don't need to go any farther than your own backyard! To include more physical activity in your daily routine: 1. Do your chores. You can burn plenty of calories raking, planting and weeding. 2. Play ball. Shoot baskets in the driveway, putt in the yard, or set up cones and a net to practice soccer moves. 3. Take a spin around the neighborhood on your bike. Or take the dog for a long walk.
