Want to work out at home? Pick up these low-cost products from a local fitness or sporting goods store: dumbbells, resistance bands, jump-ropes and exercise DVDs. If you'd rather not spend a penny on exercise equipment, use ordinary household items, such as canned goods and water jugs, instead of dumbbells. Use a staircase or your kitchen step stool for step training.
