Think outside the cereal box

If you skip breakfast because you're tired of the same old thing, let lunch or dinner be your inspiration. Instead of dry cereal or toast, top a microwaved potato with broccoli and grated Parmesan cheese. Or try a whole-wheat sandwich with lean meat and low-fat cheese.
