Tai chi: Can you put meditation in motion?

Tai chi is an ancient Chinese exercise that uses slow, gentle, dance-like movements to encourage relaxation and strengthen muscles and joints. You don't need special clothing or equipment to do tai chi. To gain full benefits, however, it may be best to seek guidance from a qualified tai chi instructor. Look for tai chi classes through your local community education center or at a local senior center or health club.
